The Computational Biology group is the youngest and smallest group at IMSc. It includes faculty members, PhD students, postdoctoral fellows and project assistants who work on a variety of topics at the interface of biology with computational and biophysical modeling.
Currently, members of the group work on computational genomics, biophysics, systems and network biology, ecological modelling, computational neuroscience, bio-molecular simulations and cancer research.
The "Annual Talks" series, held every year, will provide a snapshot of our research. Among other things, the idea of this meeting is to explore possibilities for collaborations both within the group and with members of other groups.
